Nails obsession ❤

Hello! Decided to do a random post today about my obsession with nails. Hurhur. I've spent quite abit on nail polishes (China Glaze, O.P.I + random ones from drugstores) but hardly ever put them to use. Even my favourite one from China Glaze in a gorgeous shade of Tiffany Blue! I know right, I'm sucha lazy bum. My polishes have since dried up..

I would say I pay a visit to nail parlours pretty often? Whenever I have time or when my nails are in a mess.. Usually keep them for approx 2 weeks. Now that I've switched Gellish, I keep them for at least three weeks to a month, when my nails have grown out a whole lot. Haha.

Quite a couple of manicurists said that I can be a hand model 'cus my nails are rly nice and healthy! *Hahaha shyyyy* But, nice nails + fat fingers = BOOO?! Still very flattered, anyway. :) My nails are so crazy hard, it's impossible to break. Should there be an accident, it might just pull out the whole nail instead of breaking it. When I went cable-skiing in Batam, I chipped two nails so bad they cut into my skin instead of the top part splitting off. Booo :(

First ever Gellish which cost me a bomb (did it during cny earlier this year). Nails were pretty short so it was'nt as nice!

Also done during cny. O.P.I 's apple green shade (forgot the product name) + Polka dots = ❤

Favouritest everrrr!! I got so many compliments it was crazy! (Even when checking IDs outside Rebel hahaha)
It's Gellish with special colour powder whatnot on my own nails + leopard preens painstakingly hand painted on! ❤

Recently when I went for removal + new polish..
Step 1, Scraping off the top layer. Step 2, Soaking in polish. Step 3, More scraping till it's naked. Step 4, New coat!
Warning: Not for the brittle nails!

Current nails, Gellish in a shade of bright coral. Less than a week and I AM SO SICK OF IT alr :( Time to book an appt with Jess (The lady who did the leopard preeens. Mad love her!)

Hey ho, sorry for the lack of updates! It's work, work and more work right after i got back from Taiwan! Plus i've not recovered from my awful flu... After three doctors within the span of a month i've still not recovered! I know right, what kinda flu is this!! >:( Shall share with y'all my trip in a separate post next time! :D

I'm soooo obsessed with this song. It just tugs on your heartstrings don't you think? Not that i have experienced a relationship like that but still, it is heartfelt. I have to share this vid with you guys! Love the song, his teeth, his dimples. *Melts*

On a sidenote, i need to get a new brow pencil! Preferably light brown to compliment my hair colour... This is what happens when you dye a super light shade! Don't ever try it unless you're willing to spend $$... Plus the dyeing of roots every month is just ugh. Haha sorry drifted for abit. So, suggestions anyone? I heard Rimmel has pretty decent brow pencils.

SO, i have officially fallen ill. The crazy headaches i had a couple of days ago were the signs perhaps? But i did'nt really catch it and went ahead for work on friday. Worked for a total of 13 hours(?) from 8 till 11 with breaks in between. When the night before i only slept for an hour tops. I must've thought i was superman. Oh well.

Had a severe headache again when i woke up on saturday morning.. Ignored it then went to work in the evening. My head was in so much pain i could'nt concentrate. Asked around for panadol to no avail... Then Junyang appeared miraculously with two tiny white "OMG YOU'RE MY SAVIOUR" pills which, i did not eat in the end. Why you may ask? Because before i could even eat them i was alr in the toilet puking my lungs out. It was only towards the third course! Ugh. So like i stayed in the toilet for ages... Puking all that i ate for lunch. (Only had one meal) I puked so much that i was so weak and my face was as white as a sheet of paper. Literally. -.-

Told Asri "Sir, i think i'm unfit for duty". And that was it. I cabbed back to my area and met my mum who took a number for me at the clinic. The ride back was horrible. Thank goodness i prepared a bag for you-know-what.

Doctor said if i went to the hospital i would've to be put on drip. Apparently because i was badly dehydrated from all the puking. Wooo i'm glad i did'nt! Bill came up to 50+ though. Ugh that 's for going to the clinic late at night!

That 's all for the drama... Gotta apologise to W and Y for not joining you girls, i did'nt expect myself to fall that sick either. Hope y'all enjoyed yourselves!

Thanks for all the concern guys! I'm feeling better naowww. Besides the frequent headaches i'm gooooood. All you people out there please take good care of yourselves! Weather 's been kinda bad lately, yes?

Hola! Infinitylocked is back with a bang! Like the new look? :) Okay i just did some tiny twitches here and there with the codes and all that jazz. Doesn't make too much of a difference though. Oh well at least it's pleasant to the eyes. My eyes that is.

That 's what we ordered at this tiny little bistro outside of Rebel when others were drinking clubbing dancing away. HAHA i think we're cool.

Major rant here: Visit to the dentist this afternoon was, terrifying. Okay not rly. Bad news is i have to put rubberbands connecting my upper and lower teeth together. Which supposedly is to adjust and tighten my teeth to the mxm? It's troublesome, painful, painful and painful. I have to take it off before meals, and put them back on after. Rawwwrrrrr. :( Had a difficult and messy time eating my wedges and wings!

So yeah, we took tons of pictures while waiting for the food to arrive, which results in the heavy load of pictures below. Weiling, Zhixian and Billy joined us thereafter... We laughed the night away. Literally. We could'nt stop laughing the moment (FillInTheBlank) came to the dancefloor. Hahaha. Oh well, that 's all! Enjoy. But don't laugh at my face tyvm. :)

Oh kay, so my day went like this. Made a trip to The Blogshop to replenish some stocks, then met Helina to pass her the items she purchased from me. (Thanks darling!) Then met bf and we took a pointless, meaningless and ultimately boring walk around Bugis Street.

Helina then left and we went to have dinner @ Shokudo where Pingying darling was working at. Haha it was so much fun. Food was gooooood. Loved it!!! (Shokudo anyone? This week please!!!)

Made a trip down to Jurong Point just for the phone (there was a special promotion thingy going on) but went home empty handed. Daryl was working there so yeah he informed me 'bout the fab offer.. I literally dragged my mum and sis all the way to freaking Boon Lay and was freaking EGG-CITEDDD the whole journey.

During his break, D sorta joined me and my sis for dinner which was'nt like dinner. Lotsa entertaining jokes along the way.

HEHAHO. I donated blood todayyyyyy! I've always wanted to do it but the chance never came.. So yeah there was a blood donation drive today and boy was i happy to see them! Hehe so the four of us - Celine, Helina, Jiayu & me signed up for it... In the end i was the one donating... :8/

That aside, a funny thing happened while the nurse was taking a blood sample. She "clipped" my finger with that thing, pressed my finger slightly and a blob of blood appeared.. She then proceed to take a sample.. Then squeezed my finger again. This time she exert too much force and guess what. My blood like literally 喷/spilled out. The appropriate word to use would be 喷. HAHAHA at that moment i was like WOAH?! The malay nurse went "EH aiyo sorry" HAHA cute to the max. So yeah blood landed on my palm and on the particulars form... Could'nt help taking a picture of it. Hahaha okay why am i so happy. -.-

It was less painful when she gave me the anesthetic jab.. I didn't dare look so yeah i just looked elsewhere... Wah lao idk when an "audience" gathered behind me and the ladies were like "Ahhhh/Omg/Ouch/Eeeee..." HELLO I'M THE ONE DONATING HERE. Haha make me nervous only. I didn't even feel a thing. The blood transfusion was fast and surprisingly, painless. Weeeeee i'll definitely do it again. :D Smiley bandage puts a smile on my face. :)

This whole blood donation thing reminded me of you. Thankyou, for doing what you did. And well, the title says it all. This is for You.

Well how's school? Many of you ask. School 's a bore. Big fullstop. Till now if you ask me "Do you still hate school?" HELL YES. Okay sorry. But yeah i'm no longer skipping for no apparent reason and being late like as if i do up my own schedule. I was labelled a problem kid at the end of last sem, which many of you know. I have my own reasons for hating school, so yeah. Don't ask. :)

New classmates are rather quiet.. 'Cept for a couple. Well guess we haven't broken the ice yet. Guys at the back are a craSy bunch. Contagious laughter, check. CraSy antics, check. Haha. Worked at Robinsons for a day with Michelle. No pictures taken 'cus my entire bag was with security and we both totally forgot to do so after work before we changed out of the attire. Aww. Met up with the girls after like, agessssssss. Met at around 5-ish then off to Eighteen Chefs for dinner. Food was fab, service was grrrreat. Thumbs up! Yay my cam is backkkkkk with a bang~! Well not really. I passed my cam to Billy bomber while i wenta get food yesterday and guess what? He found some craSy pictures of me and my sister making so-ugly-you-won't-recognise faces we took in Bali waayyyyy back. Spell embarassing. -.- Sooooo, that became the biggest joke of the day among the group. Yay. -.- NO I WON'T SHOW IT HERE. Bribe me. Haha.

WELL HELLO AGAIN. So like, i've fallen ill. Yay. Always love getting flu and all but when i really get it i'd be like what the !@#$%. Hah contradicting. So if you don't know, i get flu only like once a year or something. Which means when i get it, it'll be damn serious and i won't recover until like 1234567 days later. Know how i got it? Met up with my dearest girls X & M after work! Dined at The Manhattan Fish Market and had a good chat. The fish was rly good! Didn't finish it though.. Too exhausted to do so! Kept drifting off to lala land every few minutes. Sorry girls! They chat while i listened. :)

We then decided to head over to The Mind Cafe located near Rendezvous Hotel for games and dessert! I was, as mentioned, far too exhausted to concentrate on the game. Tried to keep myself awake but apparently the coke float i ordered did'nt help! Ugh. I'm so so sorry! We shall go there again soon k!

Hello wello jello! I am, officially 18~! Weeeeeeee. I can now smoke without getting caught, club my life away and watch insane M18 movies. HAHA righttttt. Not like i actually smoke or even club. Hah. Well well i had the best birthday this year. Yeap, you heard me. I had the worst birthday last year, and this year was my best?! Weird aye, but true. Let's start with 1st Jan shall we? :)

Met up with Szeyin & Weiling in the noon, had lunch at Kobayashi! Boy do i miss those times back in secondary school. Sorta like my fave place to hangout with the others. Then off to Newurbanmale to get my first pair of Havaianas! I was sooo eggcited. I've bought them as gifts before but never got one for myself. Mum gave me some moolah to spend too so why not! Hah.

And so after a quick look i decided to get Havaianas Slim in white! Love it to the maxxxx. Wanted to make payment alr 'cus it was the last pair in my size, but Szeyin kept telling me to try on the other colours and stuff. Didn't suspect anything at first, but when i turned back after trying on two three pairs, i saw Weiling making payment. I was like "Huh what 're you doing?" She did'nt answer me at first. After a couple of seconds she said "Uh, joining as a member." I was like, "What? Weird. Okay." Then they pulled me out of the shop. Like huh i wanna get my Havaianas! So i pulled them back in and said "Hey i wanna get that pair, wait for me!" So i went back in, but could'nt find the pair i tried on! So i asked the guy at the counter "Uhm, where 's the pair i tried on just now?" The guy just looked at me with his huge eyes, then at Weiling, then back at me. HAHA turns out that Weiling paid for meeeeee. My birthday gift! Tsk tsk so unsuccessful 'cus of my stubborn character. But i had a good laugh! So did the guys at Newurbanmale i think. Haha thankyou my dear girls. :) :)

Then *poof! off to work! Nothing interesting happened. Haha. Oh oh my dearest bestF. turned up for work! I was so so surprised when i saw her name in the little red book. Turns out that she came just for me... As told by Weiling and Zhixian. Thankyou my love! Xin ku ni le! After work it was the birthday surprise! Actually i was'nt rly surprised 'cus i was the one who turned off the lights for Szeyin... Haha knew something was going on when Weiling kept disappearing. I think i'm craSy. -.-

So here goes! In no particular order.

1) Well, i'm getting arrogant and gangster-ish nowadays. I don't know why the heck do i get judge for every effing thing i do. (Sorry for the vulgarities there) When i'm nice, you people think i'm flirting around.. "Hey wow you have a new target!" When i'm less nice, "Oh so now you're getting snobbish huh." What the heck? So should i be nice or not. Is it wrong to be nice? So i should just act what, cool? Not smile, not talk? Oh then i'd be arrogant/snobbish/whatever. Hello, how the heck shall i behave then? That is, none of anyone's business. I am me. This is the way i am, like it or not, your choice.

2) I hate my smile. Like seriously hate it? I can't smile properly for goodness sake. With the braces and all it's worse. I have no idea :) or :D is better. Someone, enlighten me!

3) So the big 18th is coming. I had the worst birthday this year, what more can i ask for? Thanks to all the people who made the effort to ask me out. I'm happy just thinking about it. :') 2ndJan, tsk tsk can't wait! But yeah my expectations are on the lowwwww of 'cus. If not the bigger the disappointment! To think of it, i had to do so the other way round on my birthday this year... A 'lil (FillInTheBlank) ain't it? Asking your friends out on your birthday and not the other way round... Sigh, it's just wrong. Well i certainly hope my upcoming birthday would be a good one. Smile smile :)

4) School is starting soon, and bingo! You guessed it right, i am certainly dreading school. I can't wait to graduate, to get outta that place. Not that it's bad or anything. Not because of my teachers/classmates/environment. I just feel that, i don't belong there. Not like i deserve to be in a poly that kinda thing. I'm just not cut out for studying, y'know? A year and a half to go, all the best to me! On a sidenote, seems like i'm being forgotten. Yep, and i mean it. It's as if i don't exist anymore. I wanna sit at the back of the class the next sem, alone.

5) Should i or should i not give it a try? Like seriously put both my feet into this thing. Am i ready? Questions questions.

6) I feel so not safe posting most of this stuff up here. It's like anyone might just see this. Like random people down the streets, like teachers, like people whom you absolutely cannot believe would read your tiniest blog with random rantings and ugly pictures of yourself? Someday my mum might just see this. HAHA.

7) I am definitely missing my dearest sister. If you don't know, she's currently on attachment in oh-so-cool Shanghai. Cool as in like cold. Hello, zero degrees? So like yeah she got me a pair of strawberry slippers! As in those that keep you warm and everything. But apparently it won't be of much use 'cus SG is just so damn hawt. Yeah. Hello sis if you're reading this i miss you! And zoe and hubbs. Don't tell mum 'bout my blog ah thanks love you. HAHA

8) I met my dearest lovely pretty bestfriend thrice this month! Haha like cool it's been awhile aye! Surprised her at her doorstep at twelve midnight on the 12th, and it was a success! She was'nt in a teeny bit of makeup and her hair was in a total mess. Heh heh gotcha! The other outings were cool.. What else to do besides eating? Apparently i'm still the big-eater. :D I feel so inferior like hello, ugly-ness. Haha okay kidding a teeny bit only okay! Yay we still look alike but you're definitely prettier. :)

9) Le Flirtini is doing rather well. It would'nt happen without Szeyin, my bestest partner! I've made so many mistakes throughout this whole thing! Tsk tsk i'm bad at this.. :/ HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET. Thanks for everything :*)

10) I'm sure a couple of people are wondering why i don't post the add of my blogshop here. Well 'cus i'm the model! Like seriously. Eww? 'Nuff said. Shall post it up anyway. Don't laugh, i know i'm so not pretty. Bleagh.

11) I'm not perfect, neither are you. Stop judging me.

12) I just wanna be happy. Is that all so difficult? Till today, nobody understands. The world does'nt revolve around me, that i know. Tyvm. Remember that happiness comes from the inside, not what the world tosses our way from the outside. - Agree much?

13) Though i've complained and complained and ranted 'bout how unhappy i am, i feel that i'm happy. Yes contradicting. But no i really think so! I'll say this once again, i'm happy with the handful of friends i have right now. Like yeah. Contented. I may not have like 100++ over friends but who cares? I'm happy. :)

14) I love my grandma. I'm not someone who actually expresses my feelings very well. I don't actually tell her i love her. But yeah of 'cus i do. So very much. I'm glad she's doing well. I seriously hate myself for not spending much time with her 'cus of work and Le Flirtini. I promise i'd be home straight after school everyday to be with her once school starts. By then i won't be working so often :) I'll watch the taiwanese/hongkong dramas you love with you too, okay? I promise. Promise me you'll stay strong. Love you :*)

That 's enough for now, i guess. Too much for me or you to handle. Haha. Do not judge me after reading this. Y'know sometimes some people just have to get things off their chest but after it dies down we all will go like "Hey did i actually write all that rants and stuff? Urgh childish." I'm down with a bad case of Urticaria?!??1?1! The thing is i've never had an allergy.. Got a jab but i still feel terrible. Ugh.

So i could'nt sleep the entire night 'cus of the itch. When i woke up to check, my entire back, thighs and arms were covered with red swollen patches. Some were huge! Like the size of a piece of otah. No i am not exaggerating thankyou. So i went to the doctor 's right after i took a ultra super duper hot shower to get rid of the itchy-ness for awhile. Which erm, apparently, DID. NOT. HELP. It was sooo bad i could'nt sit still at the clinic. Could'nt lean back in the chair 'cus that would only make my back even itchier. (Okay there is'nt sucha word but whatever.) The queue was so damn long i wanted to cry. D:

Then it was my turn. Doc recognised me 'cus i went last week to get pills for my gastric + migraine. Righttttt, so he said my condition was pretty serious for a first-timer. Gave me a jab immediately which hurt! Damn. He said, "That hurt right? I'm so sorry." I was like "Uhhhh, it's okay." Haha. Hello, weird?! Soooo the swelling + itch reduced, then i wenta work. Okay rather dumb 'cus the pills causes drowiness and he mentioned that it's pretty strong.. But i ignored that. :p Made alot of mistakes thus i was moved from the vip table to the bar. OMG I NEVER WANNA WORK AT THE BAR AGAIN. I almost died 'cus it was so boring and i was feeling soo sleepy. Bad day. HA HA LONGWINDED. Pardon me. :)

Had a gathering over at Club Chinois for Ala-Carte buffet and to celebrate Sunli's birthday on the 12th. Total of 24 people present if i'm not wrong. The food was pretty good, but come to think of it, we did'nt actually eat much. Sucha waste! So anyway, i took quite a number of photos with my dearest girl. Hardly see her okay! Hey ho. It's both my sister 's and Eric 's (HA i still remember okay! W/o the help of Friendster or whatsoever) birthday today. So yeah. Happy Birthday to the both of them! Love my sis to the max. Anywayyy, this post will be about work, work, and work. That 's all i do anyway. It is boring as usual so yeah you may leave now. Haha.

Sooooo i've been picked to serve the V.I.P tables for the past three, four consecutive functions. It is an honour i must say. To be picked when i'm just-another-staff here in OPH. Wellllll, if it is'nt because of the lack of staff i doubt i'd be picked anyway. Am just purely lucky.

I don't know, some people say that this job is so easy.. So "slack".. Yeah it's a pretty easy job. Yeah i do skive a 'lil while waiting for the next dish etc. But seriously, i do DO MY JOB okay! I hate being accused of doing an easier job. Would rather serve the normal tables man.

For today 's function all went well.. Nothing scary/awful/disastrous happened. Okay 'cept that Abigail from idk which company - Mediacorp? Fly entertainment? Whatever. Was the Emcee for the wedding tonight. She was hilarious i must say. Could'nt help but laugh along with the guests. But got quite sick of her jokes after awhile. Uh no offence! Oh and her "baby" was rather scary.. I hate dolls like that! Scary to the max i tell ya.

I have slits for eyes

So my eyes got worse last night, and i had no choice but to help out in the kitchen instead. It may seem like the best job everrrrrr, just sitting ard doing nothing and yada yada. Boy, you are so wrong. I did'nt know what to do! To sit or to stand, to help or not. All i did was help place the food in the dishes (I like wearing the vinyl gloves. Haha), arrange them nicely, wipe the spoons dry, place the spoons in the big black trays, and some other random stuff. Plus the fact that my eyes were hurting soooo bad i was sniffing crying tearing. (My eyes were craSy swollen!) And i used up a whole stack of Tung Lok napkins. Because! Being very stubborn i still wore my contacts though my eyes were super red. Thank God i brought my ugly specs along.. And the weird part is, my eyes got worse after i removed my lenses. -.-

Whenever someone asked me the question "How 's school?" I used to reply "Great! I love school." Not anymore.

School used to be my second home. Used to be a place that i have to go to every single weekday (i will still do of 'cus), a place i don't actually hate, a place that i can't wait to go to. Not anymore.

Got my results. There 's only a word to describe how i felt, devastation. Hah okay i'm kidding. It's not THAT bad. But i still am very upset and utterly disappointed with myself. Was thinking of giving up this whole thing altogether. But my dreams.. I can't achieve them w/o going through all this s***. Damnnnn it i so don't feel like going back there.

Every night before i go to bed, a thousand things would be swimming in my head. Friends, family, school, work, you name it. I thought about my results last night, what path should i take now? To give up, or not? If i should continue, how can i improve? What are the consequences.. & yada yada. Y'know what? I'm so going to prove them wrong. Just you wait. Gooooooo, me! Gotta work harder! :)

I need help, that is. Now that i have no one to turn to when i do need help with my schoolwork.. I guess i have to do it all on my own. Welllll i guess i can? I mean, if someone else could, why can't i?

I'm not writing all these down to gain sympathy or whatsoever. I just wanna remind myself that y'know, once you've said it, you damn well do it. This is just sorta like a reminder to me, and only me.

So yesterday was the 4E5 07' gathering at Pasir Ris Park. Welllll it was oh-kay in the beginning but it did'nt turn out quite well in the end. Started raining quite a bit when we got there, so we wenta get a drink at this coffeeshop or whatever you call it with superbly badddd service. Met Aloysius, had a lil chat. Hello again! I've decided to ignore all the drafts i've saved days weeks months ago. This blog is well, only for me to read? It's the same whether they're posted or not.

We went in-line skating today! It was super fun! Looks real easy but it sure is'nt. Haha. Many thanks to Aloysius who 's working there. Welllllll, today 's my first time. Haha. Embarassing i know. There were so many kids skating here there everywhere. :S Fell a couple of times, but yeah it's inevitable, no? Haha sat on the ground helplessly till someone came to the rescue.
